Damages and Issues: In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, or if you receive the wrong item, please inspect the order along with the receipt and contact us immediately at uglyglow.ug@gmail.com. We will work with you to evaluate the issue and make it right.

False Chargebacks: Please note that false chargebacks are not allowed and will result in action being taken against the customer. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who files a false chargeback.
